ABOUT OUR COMPANY
SABA Rehab Inc. provides experienced rehabilitation support workers with a commitment to provide effective and focused service to individuals with an acquired brain injury in Ontario.
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers have completed post-secondary education in one of the following areas: OTA/PTA, Social Services Workers, Educational Assistants, Child and Youth Workers and Kinesiologists.
Services
Cognitive Rehabilitation
Tasks related to memory such as scheduling and recalling appointments, taking medication, paying bills, or reminders can all be addressed.Cognitive Rehabilitation
Based on each client, we can employ technology-based solutions and non-technology based solutions to facilitate memory.
Academic Support
We build a plan to promote a successful outcome based on environment, approach, schedule and frequency.Academic Support
Our goal is to create a desirable outcome for the client that helps foster their academic success.
Community Integration
Our RSWs assist clients with recreational and leisurely pursuits to increase ones community integration.Community Integration
Our RSWs support and facilitate social interactions, volunteer placements and support groups to build tolerance during their recovery phase.
Assistive Technology Support
Our RSWs specialize in the use of technology, training and seamlessly merging information across devices.Assistive Technology Support
This allows for accomplishing various goals such as tracking appointments, providing daily reminders and maintaining routine.
Daily Living Activities
We identify areas where a client requires assistance in order to become more self-sufficient.Daily Living Activities
We work on breaking down the task into smaller, more manageable steps. Our focus and work is on enabling a client to independently engage in and complete tasks from start to finish.
Physiotherapy Goals
Physical recovery is integral to overall recovery.Physiotherapy Goals
We assist clients with community and home-based exercise programs (as defined by a physiotherapist) and aqua therapy programming.
